Thank you for choosing PhotoInPress. Creating a photobook is a long process, involving sometimes your family and your best moments. This encourages us to propose the best quality photobooks. Should you be not satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com.
There is a 100% warranty on all our photobooks against production problems or defects. Should you have any issue with your product, you have 30 days to contact us starting from the delivery date. Please provide us with as much details as possible so we can figure out how severe the issue is. Please note that we are not responsible for misspells, red eyes or blurry files uploaded. We might require a product return and will possibly refund the original shipping fees. Please check the following instructions for a product return.
Instructions for a product return
Should your photobook be damaged during transportation or should you notice a defect on your product despite our quality checks, please notify us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately inform you whether the product must be returned or not. Depending on the information we will get from you, we will refund you or reprint the book.
We do the utmost to produce and ship your order within the next 48 hours (working days). Nevertheless, owing to the complexity of photobook creation, we cannot guarantee delivery terms especially if a problem occurred during order transfer, payment, production or shipping using Canada Post services. We provide you with an estimation tool so you can get the best idea when your order will be delivered. Furthermore, we do track orders and you will be able to check order status during each phase of the production and shipping phases with Canada Post.
We do respect your data and your privacy. This applies to all data that we might collect on the website, the software, by email or by phone. Your email will be only used in reply to your questions or if you registered to our newsletter, presenting new features or updates at PhotoInPress.
Are the payment methods safe?
Payment security is a core priority for us. PhotoInPress chose PayPal as an International leader in providing safe and reliable payment solutions. We do accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), bank transfers as well as PayPal payments. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as the order is transferred, so we can give you instructions on how to pay by cheque. Please note that your order is sent to production upon reception of payment.
