Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Sales of all personalised photo products are final. In the event your order is received damaged or has quality issues, your order will be replaced free of charges including shipping and handling fees.

Note: You have 30 calendar days to contact us with your questions and request about an item from the date you received it.

You may not have to return any damaged product to receive a replacement or a credit. The replacement of your order related to quality issues is at the sole discretion of PhotoInPress.ca

If you are entitled to refund, we will refund the purchase price, including shipping and handling fees, using the original method of payment within 5 days.
